Note: Only an Administrator may customize accounts.

Customize Account: New User Accounts

 
  1. From the top menu, select Account.
  2. From the left menu, select Create User Accounts.
  3. Enter account information.
  4. Add an user photo (Optional).
  5. Apply a color to the user account.
  6. Enter Authentication information (User Name and Password).
  7. Select the type of contact.
  8. Select the type of email notifications this person should receive.
  9. Select a role (see also User Accounts):
    1. Administrator
    2. Power User
    3. Normal User
      1. Campaign Manager
      2. Affiliate Manager
      3. Report Runner
    4. If a Power User or Normal User, select any additional rights this user should have.
  10. Click Create User.
  11. You may create another user or Close the window.

Customize Account: Email Settings

 

  1. Modify the default Support Email Settings.
    1. Choose the From Name.
    2. Choose the Reply Email Address.
  2. To use your own mail server to send affiliate emails:
    1. Select Use my own email sever.
    2. Enter your mail server settings.
  3.  To edit an email template:
    1. Click the + sign next to the desired email template.
    2. Edit the template.
    3. To make email content dynamic, Select the Tokens button.
      1. Copy/paste the desired Tokens into your template(s).
    4. Click Update.

 

 Customize Account: Domains / IPs

  1. The domains in the Configured Domains section should already be setup.
  2. If you need assistance with adding or changing your domains, please contact LinkTrust Support at support@linktrust.com.

 

 Customize Account: APIs

  1. APIs allow you to integrate 3rd party applications with LinkTrust.
  2. For more details, see the API Help Page.

 

Customize Account: Affiliate Center

 

  1. Modify the Affiliate Center signup page title.
  2. Select the Payment Methods for paying affiliates.
  3. Modify Affiliate password settings to increase or decrease security.
  4. Enable or Disable any Add Ons.
  5. To customize the Affiliate Center:
    1. Select the + sign next to the desired page template.
    2. Edit the template.
    3. To make page content dynamic, Select the Tokens button.
    4. Copy/paste the desired token into your template(s).
  6. Select Update.

 

Customize Account: Merchant Center

  1. Modify the Merchant Center signup page title, modes etc.
  2. Modify Merchant password settings to increase or decrease security.
  3. To customize your Merchant Center:
    1. Select the + sign next to the desired page template.
    2. Edit the template.
    3. To make page content dynamic, Select the Tokenbutton.
    4. Copy/paste the desired token into your template(s).
  4. Select Update.
