Note: Only an Administrator may customize accounts.
Customize Account: New User Accounts
- From the top menu, select Account.
- From the left menu, select Create User Accounts.
- Enter account information.
- Add an user photo (Optional).
- Apply a color to the user account.
- Enter Authentication information (User Name and Password).
- Select the type of contact.
- Select the type of email notifications this person should receive.
- Select a role (see also User Accounts):
- Administrator
- Power User
- Normal User
- Campaign Manager
- Affiliate Manager
- Report Runner
- If a Power User or Normal User, select any additional rights this user should have.
- Click Create User.
- You may create another user or Close the window.

Customize Account: Email Settings
- Modify the default Support Email Settings.
- Choose the From Name.
- Choose the Reply Email Address.
- To use your own mail server to send affiliate emails:
- Select Use my own email sever.
- Enter your mail server settings.
- To edit an email template:
- Click the + sign next to the desired email template.
- Edit the template.
- To make email content dynamic, Select the Tokens button.
- Copy/paste the desired Tokens into your template(s).
- Click Update.
Customize Account: Domains / IPs
- The domains in the Configured Domains section should already be setup.

Customize Account: APIs
- APIs allow you to integrate 3rd party applications with LinkTrust.
- For more details, see the API Help Page.
Customize Account: Affiliate Center
- Modify the Affiliate Center signup page title.
- Select the Payment Methods for paying affiliates.
- Modify Affiliate password settings to increase or decrease security.
- Enable or Disable any Add Ons.
- To customize the Affiliate Center:
- Select the + sign next to the desired page template.
- Edit the template.
- To make page content dynamic, Select the Tokens button.
- Copy/paste the desired token into your template(s).
- Select Update.
Customize Account: Merchant Center
- Modify the Merchant Center signup page title, modes etc.
- Modify Merchant password settings to increase or decrease security.
- To customize your Merchant Center:
- Select the + sign next to the desired page template.
- Edit the template.
- To make page content dynamic, Select the Tokens button.
- Copy/paste the desired token into your template(s).
- Select Update.
