A campaign manager is the individual who oversees the implementation and management of an ad campaign.  Campaign managers have permission rights to do the following:

• Create new campaigns
  
• View affiliate details of their assigned campaigns
• Modify their assigned campaigns
  

Only an administrator can assign an existing campaign to a campaign manager.
