The campaign name is the name of the campaign in the Partner Center.  The campaign name is also the campaign title in Publish to Affiliate Center. Your affiliates see the campaign title when they access their account.  If you choose to change the campaign title in Publish to Affiliate Center, the name of the campaign in the Partner Center located in Campaign Settings does not change.
