The auto-approve qualified transactions option allows LinkTrust to automatically approve transactions for payment to affiliates.

If you wish to manually approve transactions, leave this option disabled. To manually approve transactions, you must access Transaction Details from any report and have the appropriate rights. You can set the entire campaign or specific affiliates to be auto-approved.

Best practice:  If you have high volumes of qualified transactions and the merchant can be trusted to pay for most or all of the transactions, enable the auto-approve option to reduce your time approving transactions for affiliates later.  If the volume is low or the merchant is untested or unreliable, consider not auto-approving payment to affiliates.
