Affiliate Manager

An affiliate manager does the following:

• Create new affiliate accounts

• View tracking and details for assigned affiliates

• View new affiliate signups

• Approve or deny new affiliate signups

When an affiliate manager approves a new signup, the affiliate is automatically assigned to the manager unless they assign the affiliate to another manager before approving them. Only administrators can assign and re-assign existing affiliates to an affiliate manager. Affiliate managers are restricted from viewing and modifying campaign details and merchant details.

Affiliate Rights:

• View All Affiliates – Controls whether or not the user can view affiliate information in reports, on the Affiliate Search page, in lookup screens, etc.  This right does NOT control whether or not a user can see the Affiliate Details or make changes related to the Affiliate's details i.e. payouts, payment details, etc.  When this right is checked the user can see ALL affiliates (even those who are not assigned to them).  When this right is unchecked the user can see affiliates who are assigned to them. If none are assigned they won’t see any.

• View Affiliate Details – Controls whether or not the user can see affiliate details.  This right gives read only permissions—it does NOT give the user the ability to edit the affiliate details.

• Create Affiliates – Controls whether or not the user can create new affiliate accounts.

• Edit Assigned Affiliates – Controls whether or not the user can edit affiliates assigned to them.

• Edit All Affiliates – Controls whether or not the user can edit any affiliate account in the system.  If this right is NOT checked, users will not be able to edit affiliate details of affiliates that are not assigned to them.

• Approve New Applications – Controls whether or not the user can approve Pending Affiliate Applications.  This right gives the user the ability to edit certain parts of the new signup’s information as they are viewing the application.

• View Affiliate Payment Details – Controls whether or not the user can view the affiliate’s payment details.

• Export Affiliates – Controls whether or not the user can export affiliate account information out of LinkTrust. Payment details will not be exported unless the user has the “View Affiliate Payment Details” right checked.
