Logs record the actions performed by an affiliate, merchant, or LinkTrust users. Logs are available to administrators only. Individual log records are for a maximum of 12 months.

The following logs are available:

• User Login Log
• Affiliate Login Log
• Merchant Login Log
• Affiliate Exports Log

User Login Log

The User Log shows when a user logged into their account or attempted to do so. This log shows the following information:

• Date and time of login
• The user (linked to the user's details)
• The user's IP address
• Whether the login was a success or failed and why.

Affiliate Login Log

The Affiliate Login Log shows which affiliates have logged into the Affiliate Center. This log shows the following information:

• Date and time of login
• The affiliate (linked to the affiliate's details)
• The affiliate's Login IP address / Country
• The Affiliate Sign Up IP Address / Country
• Whether the login was a success or failed and why.

Merchant Login Log

The Merchant Login Log shows which merchants have logged into the Merchant Center. This log shows the following information:

• Date and time of login
• The merchant (linked to the merchant's details)
• The merchant's IP address
• Whether the login was a success or failed and why.

Affiliate Exports Log

The Affiliate Export Log shows each time a user clicks the Affiliate Export button from the Affiliate Search page within the Partner Center. This log shows the following information:

• Date/time of login
• The user (linked to the user)
• The user's IP Address
• The batch ID (This matches a batch in LinkTrust that stores which affiliates were exported. The batch ID is available by request within one week of the export.)
• The number of affiliate records exported.
