The Campaign Requests page allows you to search by affiliates and campaigns and displays the affiliates who have requested to run an offer from the Affiliate Center. You may review affiliate information and approve or deny them access to the requested campaign from this page.

Affiliate Search Critieria

The Affiliate Search allows you to search for affiliates who have requested campaigns. You can search for affiliates using the following criteria:

• Affiliate ID (AFID)
• First name
• Last name
• Company name
• City
• State or postal code
• Country
• Affiliate Group
• Affiliate Manager
• Tax document status
• Affiliate traffic

Campaign Search Criteria

The Campaign Search allows you to search for campaigns that have requests associated with them. You can search for the campaigns using the following criteria:

• Campaign ID (CID)        
• Campaign name   
• Campaign category
• Campaign group
• Campaign manager
• Merchant
• Type
• Request date

Pending Campaign Requests

The results table displays the following for each pending campaign request:

• AFID
• Company
• Contact
• Phone
• Email address
• Maturity - The age of the affiliate's application
• CID
• Campaign
• Payout
• Request date

In the results table, you can do the following:

Name	Icon	Function
Affiliate Details		Enables you to open the affiliate details.
Approve Affiliate		Enables you to approve an affiliate's campaign request. Note: When you select the green plus sign, an email approving the campaign request is sent to the affiliate.
Deny Affiliate		Enables you to deny an affiliate's campaign request. Note: When you select the red X, an email denying the campaign request is sent to the affiliate.
Three Lines next to Column Header		Sorts the table by that column's contents. Note: The three lines change to a triangle after they are selected.

When denying Campaign Requests, if you do not want to send an email to the affiliate that you are denying, mark Do not send email when denying affiliates.

Mass Action Features

The following two features allow you to deny or approve multiple campaign requests at the same time:

• Deny Selected
• Approve Selected

To deny or approve multiple campaign requests at the same time, do the following:

1. In the left column, mark all the appropriate boxes.
2. Select Deny Selected or Approve Selected.

To select all the campaign requests in Pending Campaign Requests, mark the box found in the top left corner of the table.
