Affiliate Search

This page allows you to search for any affiliate by the search criteria you provide.

Search Criteria

The following is the search criteria you can use to find an affiliate:

Field	Do the following:
Affiliate ID (AFID)	The affiliate ID is a unique identifying number that represents an affiliate. This ID is generated after an affiliate is created or approved in the system. To search for an affiliate by AFID, enter the *affiliate's AFID* in the field.
First Name	To search by first name, enter the *affiliate's first name* in the field, or search for the affiliate's first name using the following search functions: Begins With Ends With Contains Exactly
Last Name	To search by last name, enter the *affiliate's last name* in the field, or search for the affiliate's last name using the following search functions: Begins With Ends With Contains Exactly
Company Name	To search by company name, enter the *affiliate's company name* in the field, or search for the affiliate's company name using the following search functions: Begins With Ends With Contains Exactly
City	To search by city, enter the *affiliate's city* in the field, or search for the affiliate's city using the following search functions: Begins With Ends With Contains Exactly
State/Postal Code	To search by state and postal code, select the *affiliate's state* from the drop-down field. You can also enter the *affiliate's postal code* in the field next to the drop-down box.
Country	To search by country, select the *affiliate's country* from the drop-down field.
Sign Up/Login IP Address	To search by sign up or login IP address, enter the *affiliate's sign up* or *login IP address* in this field. Use the following format when entering in the address: 192.168.1.25.
Logged In	The Logged In field allows you to search for all affiliates, only those affiliates that are logged in, or all those affiliates who have never logged in. To search by logged in, select the appropriate option from the drop-down field.
Payment Terms	The Payment Terms field allows you to search for an affiliate using the sign up or login IP address. To search by the IP address, enter the IP address in the field.
Filter Traffic By	You can search for an affiliate by selecting how the traffic for the affiliate's campaign is filtered. Traffic for a campaign is filtered by the following types: Co-Reg/Lead-Gen Contextual CPC Display Call Center Pay-Per-Call Incentivized Social Email Search Pre-Pop Mobile To search by traffic filter, select the *traffic filter* that applies to the campaign.
Affiliate Manager	The primary affiliate manager is the owner of the affiliate. You can search for all the affiliates assigned to a specific affiliate manager. To search by affiliate manager, select the *affiliate manager* from the drop-down field.
Sign Up Date Between	The Sign Up Date Between fields allow you to search for an affiliate based on their sign up date. To search by sign up date, enter the *date* using the m/d/yyyy format, or click on each field and select the *date* from the calendar that appears.
Email Address	To search by the affiliate's email address, enter their *email address* in the field. The email address you enter must be an exact match to the address you are looking for.
Campaign	To search by campaign, do the following: Select Browse. In the Campaign field, enter the *name* of the campaign or select Search to browse through all the active campaigns. This search searches all active campaigns. If you want to include dead campaigns in the search, mark Include Dead Campaigns.
Campaign Assignment	After a campaign is selected, you can narrow your affiliate search using the campaign assignment. Narrow your search for an affiliate by selecting on of the following: Assigned to the campaign Unassigned to the campaign Blocked traffic to the campaign To search by campaign assignment, select *appropriate option* from the drop-down field.
Merchant	To search by merchant, do the following: Select the Select button. In the Merchant field, enter the *name* of the merchant or select Search to browse through all the merchants. This searches all merchant.
Group	To search for affiliates assigned to a specific group, select the *group* from the drop-down field.
Account Status	To search by account status, select one of the following from the drop-down field: All accounts Active accounts Suspended accounts
Tax Document Status	To search by tax documentation status, select one of the following from the drop-down field: All documentation Received documentation Not received documentation.
IM Address	The IM Address field allows you to search for an affiliate using their IM address. To search by IM address, enter the affiliate's IM address in the field.

Begin your affiliate search by selecting Search.

If you want to clear your search criteria to begin a new search, select Reset.

Search Results

When your search results appear, the following three features are activated in addition to the results provided:

Feature	Function
Mass Action	Mass Action allows you to authorize, unauthorize, block or change payouts for a group of affiliates by campaign or affiliate search.
Send Message	Send Message allows you to send an email to all the affiliates found in the search results.
Export Results	Export Results allows you to export the search results to a CSV document.
