HelpIconOfferBoard: Troubleshooting

My Offer doesn't appear in OfferBoard even when it is configured to be published.

  • Ensure that the checkbox "Publish to OfferBoard" is checked for the offer.
  • Ensure that the campaign status located on the campaign settings page is set to "Public Live" or Private Live".  OfferBoard will not display offers that have been set to Testing, Pending or Dead.
  • Ensure that the Offer is not expired.  OfferBoard will automatically hide offers that have expired.

I am unable to publish my offer to OfferBoard.

  • Ensure that you have completed your OfferBoard Profile.  This is setup by clicking the Community Tab and selecting the OfferBoard "Profile".
  • Ensure that you are not already using all of your OfferBoard Spots. If you are, you can get more Spots.
  • Ensure that the campaign status located on the campaign settings page is set to "Public Live" or Private Live".  OfferBoard will not display offers that have been set to Testing, Pending or Dead.
  • Ensure that the Offer is not expired.  OfferBoard will automatically hide offers that have expired.

I am not able to copy an offer from OfferBoard.

  • Ensure that you have a connection with the Merchant.
  • Ensure that you have been approved for the offer by the Merchant.
  • Ensure that the Merchant has not blocked you from running the offer.
